My entry for :iconkaremelancholia:'s Your Secret Garden contest [link]

I'm quite happy with how it turned out really. I didn't want to put a woman in the waterfall/garden but the rock was too bare with no figure and the image lacked focus so I decided on the boy instead.

The background image of the joined trees with the gnarly roots has been a favourite I've been dying to use for over two years now - the place where I took that image is hidden away in an isolated range and the other two main images are from some of my favourite urban gardens.

Thanks, yes I wish it were one place so I could go sit and read a book there (actually I'd probably be crawling around in the dirt or wading through the water trying to get a good photo lol).
